GHI Grand Rounds: Cardiometabolic Therapies

Objectives:
1. Familiarize the audience with these new therapies and their impact in cardiovascular disease.
2. Describe the results of large prospective randomized clinical trial data utilizing these therapies to improve clinical outcomes.
3. To allow cardiologist to feel comfortable prescribing these drugs, originally developed to treat diabetes.
