•Understand Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF), including definitions, signs, symptoms, and risk factors.
•Discuss the proposed pathophysiology of heart failure with both preserved and reduced ejection fractions.
•Review the new trial called “MyPACE” to discuss effects of personalized accelerated pacing in patients with HFpEF.
